I went on over there and what a GREAT IDEA!!!
Thanks for sharing...
I am so happy that was not your microwave lol, I thought, this is not like the women of who's blog I've been reading.
Good tip though, I am going to put it to work in my home.
Mine needs to be cleaned right now. I have always used the bowl of water, but never thought to add lemons/lemon juice to it. I imagine it would smell very fresh after you finished wiping it out!
I don't know which was more frightening, the messy microwave which resembles my own too closely or that pink carton of peeps(?) - what are they? Surely not for consumption?
Thanks for the cleaning tip. Using white vinegar works well too!
Hi,
Thanks for stopping by my blog! I have really enjoyed looking around yours--hope to spend more time here!
Have a great day.
Ha, just cleaned my microwave yesterday with the hot water. However, never thought about the lemon. Great idea! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I enjoyed looking at yours. Will stop by more often.
Wow, those Peeps in the microwave!! That is something else. Yuck! Why would anyone put . . .
Thanks for the good tip.
Ewww! Those zapped peeps are just the final touch, aren't they ~ lol!
This is the method I use to clean my microwave, and it works! It's super easy to pop the water in while doing dishes. Then I just wipe it all out while I'm wiping down the counter tops. :o)
I'm going to visit the site now! I just have to say that the microwave in the picture is so gross! LOL! One of my pet peeves is cleaning up a microwave after someone "blows" up their food!
I went over and read the tip and was happy to see how easy it seems to be. Thanks very much for sharing it with the rest of us. Also, thanks for sharing your carrot cake recipe. I MUST try it when fall comes. I'm not baking much until then as my kitchen is quite hot.:)
Even though I'm a grandmother, I have been learning quite a lot from you younger wives and I'm very appreciative. You've put much time into making a nice blog and I hope the Lord continues to bless you.
Hatteras Hello!
I actually posted at Yahweh's Retreat and wanted to stop by for a visit.
Next stop, the microwave!
