Fall is slowly coming....
The past two mornings we have awoken to cooler temperatures. Granted, the coolness doesn't last but a few hours, but it is a VERY nice reminder that Fall is on it's way!!!
I wish I could wake up to cooler temperatures. Unfortunately, Florida will not get cool until late October and we definitely won't see colors like that!
Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year. I live in the deep south so I don't and have never experienced the lovely color changes of the north-east. Lord willing, one day I will be able to experience a north-eastern fall. However, our weather has been really pleasant the last few days. Not as hot and lower humidity.
I can tell you honestly that I'm not looking forward to fall. It has been a VERY cool summer here, and yesterday felt like October already. I know I need to get my heart right and enjoy fall! :-)
Over here fall means rain:( So I'm not really looking forward to it beyond the knowledge that fall leads way to Christmas and the fact that the Lord gives us another season to enjoy, Ecclesiastes 3:1.
It's funny you should post this today. As I was leaving the grocery store today the air felt a little different to me. Virginia is always the three H's in the summer ~ hazy, hot, and humid. What I noticed when I left the store was that the air wasn't so "heavy," and I could actually breathe easily again. Yes, it's still really hot, just not so unbearably so. I said to myself, "yep, Fall is one the way!"
I am so excited about Fall! I have been smelling it in the air the past few days and I LOVE it! It brings back wonderful memories for me of last year....preparing to marry.
I am a born again Christian, saved by grace alone. I am happily married to Mr. U. We live in the South where I get to enjoy being his helpmeet and being a mother to our sweet children.

Oh, how I cannot wait for fall! Here in Georgia it only lasts for about 3 weeks, but they are so nice when they are here.
Oh yes! I love the crisp, cool mornings. Yesterday before church it was so beautiful, cool, sunny and crisp. Love Fall!

I'm always excited for Fall however our summer has been *delightful* this year so I'm not as anxious to see it go this year, like I usually am.
But normally I'm feeling just like you...yearning for Fall! (o:
I love fall, it's my favorite!
I miss a New England Autumn. For the last two years we've been living in Las Vegas so we're talking very hot!
