So sad... blogs are disappearing!!!

I'm SO sad! So far this year, four of my favorites bloggers have stopped blogging- Mrs. Cat (Making It Home), Mrs. Wilt (The Sparrows Nest), Crystal (Biblical Womanhood) and Susan (A Place Called Home). I do understand that real life is WAY more important than the blogging world, but I do miss learning from them.

Now I am looking for more blog favorites. I would LOVE to know what your favorite blogs are, especially homemaking blogs. Please PLEASE share!!

Most people have already posted the blogs I was going to add, so I just wanted to share my condolences with you... it makes me sad when some of my favorite bloggers decide it's time to end, as well.

P.S. Has Mrs. Wilt said anything "official" about quitting her blog? I've been checking her blog just to see if she were going to announce anything as most of the other ladies have, or if she would delete her blog, but so far, haven't seen any of that... I keep holding out hope that she will start up again, LOL! :P

Ooh!!! Thanks, y'all!! I'll definitely check these out!!

I don't begrudge them for doing what the Lord says they should which is take care of their families first, but I miss Biblical Womanhood. It would even be a help just to have them up to refer back to old articles while they remained silent.

Sometimes it's hard to keep up with the demands of blogging. So I understand completely. I've had a few of my favorite bloggers just stop blogging. I just took a week break myself, but my hubby had surgery and the stress of the emergency was getting to me. Hope you find some new ones. I'm going to check out some that your other readers suggested! Enjoy!

Hello there, yes it is sad when blogs close down, as they have become like friends to us. Blogland is a wonderful community for likeminded people to meet and share ideas.

Why don't you come over to mine and share a cup of tea with me? :)

I wonder about Mrs. Wilt, too. I'd love to know if she had her baby and was doing well.

I love blogging and I get sad too when blogs disappear. I can't wait until my computer is up and going so I can get back to blogging on a regular basis.
