Could you pass the latest citizenship test?

With July 4th only 2 days away, I thought it would be interesting to share this portion from a US Citizenship test. Sadly, I will admit that I only got 70% correct!!! Boy, have I got some studying to do!!!!

If any of y'all take the test, let me know how you scored. I'll bet there are plenty of you that will get 100!!! :)

I got a 70 also. I' not sure I would have done that well had it not been multiple choice. Yikes!

I got an 85. It was a fun quiz.

Well my score made your 70 look great. If I were in school I would have failed with a 45!!
My boys would be so ashamed of me, they would have scored 100.
I'm headed back to study a bit!

I got 60% - which isn't great - except that I'm English and have never even visited the US!

I got 3 wrong - 80%. One of the questions, I missread. That was fun, and like Tracy said, I don't know if I would have done well if I had to supply the answers myself!

Thanks for this link. I squeaked by with an 85%. For sure I would not have made it if it were not multiple choice. I will be forwarding this link to many...thanks again. A real eye opener about how much/little I *really* know.

Well, I did the absolute worst out of anyone...I really am embarrassed. I do have a very good excuse. I never had to take US History in school. I can tell you all about European history, but US history is on the To Do List now. 40%

Well, I did a little better than you, Shari. I made a 75. A few I just had to guess. I guess I would have to study if I wasn't a citizen by birth. Kinda sad!

I am too nauseous from the 28 week glucose test to take another test, but rest assured, in another year or so I will be studying like crazy when I have to take the test in earnest!

On the plus side, I should be well equipped to teach our kids US history and government!

Oh, and at yesterday's appointment we found the answer to the pressing question of boy or girl - I will be posting the answer later today!

So mad...I got 90% but missed what I did because I misread the question. If I would have read it correctly I would have scored perfectly because I KNEW the answer! Grrr! Oh well!

75% here.
By the way, I've been following your progress and you're doing really great! You should be very proud of yourself.

Hi!
I got 75%. I would have even gotten higher, but I doubted myself on two answers.
This was fun - Thanks!

I got an 80%... and every one I got wrong I second-guessed myself! Thanks for reminding us not to take our nation for granted...

100% and I'm not American.

I'm chiming in a little late, but I got a 60%. Pretty shameful.

As an aside, I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your blog. I learn new things here all the time! I am waiting for my baby from China, and it gives me hope to see other families home.

Blessings,
Margaret
