What a difference a little tidying of a room can make!!!
Mr. U always chuckles when he sees me fussing over a room- straighten a little here, move this pillow there, stack those books, fold this afghan, etc. But fuss I will because I want to make our house a home.
I consider our home to be clean, but clean doesn't always mean tidy. These two pictures are just a small example of the difference between tidy and untidy. I've discovered over the years that it's the small things that really do make a difference.

Mrs. U.,
Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to comment on the friendship that Jackie and I share. It is special and I do think of her as a sister. I know she will be there no matter and that she loves me not because of my faults but in spite of them.
I enjoy your postings. It is very gratifying to be a minister's wife. The rewards are great.
God Bless.
A girl after my own heart! Mr. P is always laughing at me because I'm always fixing, shifting, fluffing, and puttering about! I do know that he does LOVE the results, though:)
A little tidying really does go a long way :)
You're so right! And you have the pictures to prove it! (o;
What a creative post.
I'm a putterer too!! Always moving things around! Your livingroom is very cozy!

Thank you for making me feel convicted. I'm going to turn off my computer and go clean right now! :-D
You're so right! A cluttery room will not look very clean!
Very nice tidy job.
Your living room is very nice---and I agree--a minute of tidying up goes a very long way:)
Julieann:)
You are so right although a home is clean it never looks right to the cleaner until everything is tidy and in its own place.
