Making a House a Home involves all aspects of homemaking- cooking, cleaning, gardening, learning to be a godly wife and mother, and, above all, following the Lord Jesus Christ in all things.
Enjoy your very special day!
You have a beautiful daughter! My mother was a foster mom for about 10 years as I was growing up. Through her fostering, we eventually adopted two babies--my brother and sister. I couldn't imagine my family without them! Happy anniversary to Elizabeth and your family! Enjoying your blog...
Happy Forever Day! My daughter is adopted, too...we've had her since she was 1½ days old and she will soon turn 20. It doesn't seem fair that these years have flown by so quickly after having to wait over 16 years to become parents. But what joy and what innumerable blessings she has brought to us! We thank God for her every day of our lives.
What a sweet child, and sweet mama! Blessings dear friend! -Gretchen
And she's grown so much! I was looking at photos of my boys too - even met at 8 yrs, they look like babies compared to know. What gifts our children are.

Beautiful baby girl! MK says hi! We miss seeing you all! Happy Gotcha!
Amen, oh what a blessing, God bless parents like you, who love their dear adopted child as much or more than the birth parent. I am a product of that, I was adopted by a wonderful couple at age 15 months, they loved me and lead me into the path where I could meet Jesus, amen, been born twice and adopted twice, now it doesn't get any better.I love your blog sweetie, and added it to my favorite blogs. Hugs Barbara
