Spring cleaning, anyone?...

Since Spring weather has officially arrived in our area (although it was in the 90s last week.... kind of seemed more like summer!!!), it's time to get spring cleaning done!!!

Here's a link to suggestions from Martha Stewart about spring cleaning ideas- click here.

Have you already started your spring cleaning?

I'm slowly working on spring cleaning. We painting a large portion of our home back in December and had wiped down all the walls then, so I'm so glad I don't have to do that again.

I love the photo you posted. So calm and serene looking.

Groan - I am sorting books! I adore books, we are buddies, but my buddies are driving up the cost of our move, so I am looking through to see which I can part with and have found good homes for many.

As for spring cleaning - technically I am taking everything out of every room in our house...but I don't think that is what you mean! :-)

Great picture, and a great reminder we need to give our Golden Retriever a bath too, lol now on the Spring cleaning, not so much, I piddle around daily, do what I can, what I do not get done I do not think about, lol Have a wonderful weekend my friend, Hugs Barbara

I am just getting started. I spring cleaned the kitchen Thursday and the laundry room today. The rest of the house will hopefully be done in the next week or so.

Have a blessed weekend!

Well, I began Spring Cleaning, but ended up opening a can of warms. I've been moving around two boxes of photos and various photo albums for months now. I was waiting on the "perfect" time to sit down and organize them. I came to realize, there might never be the perfect time, just do them now! As I began sorting them into occasions and years....I thought, I might better write on the back what was happening in the photo, the date and who was in it. I've heard that you may remember now, but as time passes you might forget...and future generations may not know.

I am getting something done, but it is taking FOREVER! I'm having to stop and walk down memory lane!

Did you know that Hallmark Channel has Martha Stewart classic episodes now?
I love those. I really enjoyed watching several hours of them last weekend.
You have a terrific and blessed Sunday.
